How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Individualsshoulder Heating & Air wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Can Look At
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Individualsshoulder Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, first raise it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Individualsshoulder Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@individualsshoulder.garden and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Send It
First, we confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
